The VAWFA & Buck Gardner Calls

This is an annual event in its 24th year, though mainly aimed at deer and turkey hunters there are always waterfowl guides and call makers there. The VAWFA promoted Buck Gardner Calls with a promotion that specified a particular time when you could come in and talk with the respective pro-staffer from that company. There is alot of talk this way about the Kryptonite and how well it is doing. Our (BG) time was from 12 pm until 5 pm today. I had alot of people asking general duck hunting questions, some asking about the various types of calls and one asking about the straight talk cd. I also had the kids coming by to blow the guts out of every call on my lanyard....lol.
Next weekend I will be judging (youth division)a calling contest that the VAWFA has put together to benefit the Wheelin Sportsman, all proceeds go directly to them. And if I can get my hands on a Kryptonite before then I will blow in the open duck as well.
The weekend following that I have been asked by the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries to travel to Appomattox to give a seminar on duck/goose calling to the mothers and daughters outdoor program.
